NeuFit Neu-Trition Course

This special NeuFit “Neu”-trition Course covers all things nutrition in order to support the other non-training or “adaptive” side of the equation to get better health, rehabilitation, fitness, and performance outcomes. While the most attention gets placed on the training and rehabilitation (or output) side of the equation, the other side largely governs our ability to adapt to that training stimulus. This includes things like sleep, light, environment, social health, and of course—diet. Here we provide a framework for a more bioenergetic approach to nutrition in order to create better treatment outcomes of all kinds. The end goal of this course (if you’re a practitioner) is to provide enough education so that you feel comfortable and confident having these nutrition discussions with the people you serve. If you’re an individual on your own rehab journey, the goal is to provide you with the requisite nutritional education so you have a framework from which you can operate from, test, retest, and guide yourself.
